Running and Biking in Southern New Mexico

With an average of 294 sunny days a year, it’s no surprise that southern New Mexico attracts outdoor enthusiasts. There’s nothing quite like going for an early morning run or ride and watching the sun rise over the Organ Mountains while listening to wildlife wake up.

There are plenty of trails and parks where you can run and bike on your own, but there are also several groups and clubs in southern New Mexico that you can join to make new friends, build community, and share your love of the outdoors.

Check out these organizations that make it easy to connect with the running and biking community.
