Preventing Indoor Allergies
Spring brings us warmer weather, bright new flowers, and longer days. Unfortunately for some, spring also brings annoying allergies that make you feel like your head might explode. Outdoor allergens like pollen from budding trees and windy days can cause extra irritation when combined with indoor allergens like dust, dander, and mold, making it the perfect recipe for an allergy attack. Common symptoms of allergies are itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, and trouble breathing. These symptoms are enough to ruin anyone’s day, but thankfully, there are things you can do to lessen the effects of allergies in your home.
